   my way bill – 42515736992, As I am at home since morning and Bluedart Guy updated status that “door closed”, its an insane. While trying to reach customer care number, not able to have conversation with any of executives. Even I have share my contact number with blue dart still they are not intimated or gave call, blue dart guy just left a piece of paper stating that you are not home ( actually no door closed ) & left.

   Respected sir,
   I just want to complain about your staff at Malerkotla pin code 148023. The staff you posted here is not of your level. Without making any effort to deliver the couriors to recipants, they often send messages that it was attempted and will again try tomorrow. Almost 80% of bluedart courior customers are dissatisfied with their service. Please look into matter.

   way bill number 40875138500 (Consignment from Chennai > Hyderabad (23-1-2017) onwards;

   The worst possible courier service in the following respects

   1. Contacting the consignee after the receipt of the product from the consigner
   2. Responding to the calls of the consignee (Their direct ph. nos. never respond)
   3. Locating the address of the consignee properly.
   4. The phone numbers they provide in their website are out dated.
   With the above defects, the consignments dispatched take an unusually long time, defeating the very purpose of the courier service at large..

   Hi Good Evening,
   I supposed to receive my package with tracking number:34052866643 and reference number:7684186 yesterday, i did not receive any call or not even any one comes to my address to deliver the package, but the status is updated like “consignee not available”. Even there is no contact number is available to contact any.

   Please go through this as soon as possible. At least provide me with a mobile number to contact the deliver boy.

   I had booked an article from Decathlon and my tracking no was 40847621124. I have received lots of stuff via Blue Dart in the past but this time I received an email and sms stating that my package could not be delivered due to wrong address. The local agent did not even call me once to ask for directions. Moreoverthe local agent of Blue Dart has an office in the same neighbourhood as my address. I tried calling them but they do not pick up the phone. Please ensure that my package is delivered.

   blue dart not delivering properly to chinnalapatti,dindigul DT , Pin 624301. Everytime i am facing this issue. I dont know whether they come to chinnalapatti or not. just from their office they say customer not available

    My parcel (Waybill No: 69562409825) has reached Rourkela yesterday at 11.16 am through Dart Apex – Door to Door. Accordingly, I was expecting to receive my package yesterday itself. But, neither I received a call nor anybody came to my address to deliver the package, Surprisingly, the status is updated as PROHIBITED AREA-ENTRY RESTRICTED FOR DELIVERY.

    Please provide me the mobile number to contact the delivery boy so that I can receive my parcel at the earliest.

    To whomsoever, it may concern,

    This is to inform you that I’ve purchased a product Honor 6x which was bought on 23Sept17 & the promise Day of delivery is 27 Sep 17.

    I would like to bring to your notice that I’ve haven’t received the product as of yet, as compared to the expected delivery date of 27 sep 17
    I would also like to know in spite of the product being late and finally, when it has arrived in Mumbai warehouse, it wasn’t delivered to me just because of the product not been scanned. This shows your negligence. Got a call from your office stating that the product has reached our office and will be delivered to you today i.e:2nd Oct 17 when im trying to contact you it’s been said due to Gandhi Jayanti their’s a holiday today! If u can deliver the product on time then why do make any kind of commitment to anyone.
    I would like to file a complaint regarding this and every notification from your end to ensure smooth delivery(till my product reaches my doorstep) as soon as possible.

    As far as service is concerned, this is by far the worst I’ve encountered of. Kindly make sure, it does not happen again or to anyone else.
