   For last 3 days I am checking the status of my consignment it shows consignee not available i am lying in my room for last 3 days as I am not feeling well I didn’t have seen anybody knocking at my door this is the 2nd time when the same thing happened with me no body arrived at my home but the delivery boys change himself update their status as nobody was at home even they don’t make a single call as we are at your door step or we will reach in 10 minutes no they don’t care.
   I am residing in keshavpuram delhI (Lawrence Road) it just takes 10-15 minutes from Rama Road Hub but what can we say they work on their own will .
   Poor service.
