For the delivery of Shipment number 34472141362, i got a call from number 9742270746. I asked the person to wait for 5 minutess as I was not near to the location he asked me to come. I asked someone else to collect those for me and I informed the same to the delivery person as well. He said okay he will hand it over to the person i asked to go there. When my friend reached there, there was no one for delivery. When I called the delivery person again, after an attempt of 10 to 15 times Call got connected. Then the person said it will be delivered on Monday. After this i received 4 to 5 times call stating that the package is not with them, it will be delivered on Monday. I get it he was in hurry to go but then again what he is getting paid for if not delivering the shipment. Is this an acceptable behavior? I have already lodged a complaint with blue dart having complaint number as 556313. Just tell me if you are going to take any action against this pathetic behavior or is it in the attitude of your business to let these things go as there is nothing wrong.

Worst service by blue dart. Mr. Anil khanna dont know these messages reached to you or not. But need improvement in your service. Blue dart status put the message beyond control, while customer care at noon says they will deliver by 6pm. Today is 24 sept. still, I am waiting for my courier. I’m in field job. can’t sit office all the time. the people never contact to you for ur parcel so that you can manage your time with them.
